My name is rupendra kumar kaushik and i booked a mobile from amazon on 11 may 2020, then on 15may 2020 i cancelled my order due to some personal reasons. On 15 may 2020 amazon send me refund reference no 9o3eem6v0000k9lasq5y. But till now my amount of rs 7499 not received in my account. I complaints to my bank about charge dispute but they doesn't have this policy nd they don't entertaint on phone call or branch. Kindly please look into this matter Thanks. May 28, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I dont know that what company do but in 24 hrs my amount should refluct back into my account.
