[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank Housing Finance [Pnbhfl] — Home loan rejected/put on hold and relationship manager giving run around

I had applied for a home loan bt from dhfl to pnb in february last week when the call centre of pnb pushed me to move my home loan. Anjali from the call centre had been calling me for this. A person named sandeep kadale took up this case who apparently reported to a contractor of pnb bank named vijay naik. From february to april, after all my documents were collected, there was no communication. After finally my case was logged, pnb rejected the loan some unacceptable reasons. The processing fee was taken already. After my follow up they said it is going to be sanctioned. I kept on following up vijay naik and the relationship manager mehul shah. They both conveniently avoided my calls and messages. And after a month asked for a couple of documents. After i submitted they ask for another document. This is going on for 4+ months now. And still they are avoiding calls. When i call from unknown numbers they will answer and say that the loan is approved but just one document is pending. Unacceptable acts because i have been made to wait for over 4 months for a simple bt and even the processing fee of rs. 5750 is debited from my account. And there is no communication from pnb other than application email. No approval or rejection email provided.
