Please consider my insurance cancellation request as escalation for immediate support.

As per loan policy and also life insurance policy. Policy is not mandatory and it can be canceled any time. So please consider my request for cancellation.

Hello Sir
This is with home loan no 529968, I have made a cancelation request of Life insurance issued to me during home loan which was not required to me as I already have one. Attached herewith the Bharati AXA life insurance policy. I have been follow up for the cancellation of same with the Bank and insurance office. But no clarity till now.
Please do the needful by cancelling and reducing the emi from my loan.
