Dear Sir, This has reference to my loan Sanction letter ref no.HOU/CHE/0715/230961 Dated 15/07/2015 I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have not opted for Insurance during my loan application submission. But the amount of Rs.55000 has been loaded in the sanction letter without my consent. The same has been informed to you immediately after receipt of sanction letter from your end. After several follow ups with your team and ICICI Lombard I have received an amount of Rs.43916/-.and the same has been adjusted against my loan. I request you to return the difference amount of Rs.11084/- immediately without further delay. The issue is pending from your end for the past 4 months. I request you to close this issue and refund the amount immediately. Thanks & Regards, S. Raghavendran
