[Resolved] Punjab National Bank Housing Finance [Pnbhfl] — not decreasing the roi as per rbi norms, instead for bt transfer they demand 3% of the loan amount

Hi,

I have a loan from pnbhfl which is currently under fixed mode for 9.65%, while the rbi has slashed the rate and we customer are not getting any benefit of it.

I had raised the service request for the decreasing the rate of interest but relationship manager is saying there will not be any change can be made in the current rate.

Also when we ask for balance transfer, they are charging 3% on outstanding balance apart from the loan amount and other charges. This is simply loot of customer.
