Punjab National Bank Housing Finance [Pnbhfl] — Not issuing pre closure letter

Hi Team,
This is about my foreclosure request with PNB Housing Finance submitted on 18th October 2023. As per the process, I submitted a written request by visiting home branch Thane ( Cadbury Junction). Along with written request, I also paid foreclosure fees of Rs885/- on the same day. Customer executive provided the Service Request no 64869304 for the loan account number HOU/THA/0323/1098067. I was supposed to get foreclosure letter in 21 days. Today is the 20th day but till date I haven't received the letter yet.
I Received a call from the Customer Care on 26-October and I made it clear that I need a Pre Closure letter and do not want to continue my loan here.
On 29 -October I received an SMS that the issue had been resolved, but I haven't received the Pre Closure Letter. On the same day, I raised this issue with Nodal Officer as mentioned in the SMS for a dissatisfactory resolution. As per the auto generated acknowledgement email, the Nodal officer should respond in 4 working days, but today is 7th working day from 27-October and there has been no response from the Nodal Officer.

Before submitting this complaint I read many reviews here and I feel they are purposely delaying it so that they can extract maximum interest amount from customers.

I also checked with a Lawyer and he advised that I can send a Legal Notice to PNBHFL copying NHB and RBI after hearing a response from them.
