[Resolved] Punjab National Bank Housing Finance [Pnbhfl] — Unethical behavior, Worst CRM | |||||
Made spelling mistakes in my name even after giving it proper in Application form and in PAN Card too. Sanctioned loan at different ROI which they never disclosed and then they say it just word you will get charged by the rate which I told you. It's been more than 15 days didn't get updated Sanction letter nor copy of cheque, even when they say you will get your cheque & updated sanction letter by tomorrow (which they are saying from last 5 days). Never pick up my phone, when they don't have answer to respond (Guys at least you should follow some business ethic atleast dare to pick up call and say it will take few more hours/days. Being a customer I am getting exhausted and thinking why I choose them for this Home loan. I will never ever suggest anyone to pick this firm to go for Home Loan.
