[Resolved] Punjab National Bank Housing Finance [Pnbhfl] — Wrong and false information given my PNB home loan executive. | |||
I had applied for a home loan from PNB housing and paid Rs. 5700 for the processing fees towards the home loan, which has not be paid back to me even after my loan is rejected. The executive who has visited me had informed me that the processing fee would be returned to me in case my loan was rejected. The only mail i got was the one given below. Dear Customer, We have received your loan request on 03-DEC-15.Your reference number is REF/HOU/THA/1215/253911 . Please quote your reference number for all future correspondence with us. We are processing your loan application and shall communicate the status shortly. In case any information is required regarding your application with us, please contact your Relationship Manager at the below mentioned details. Best Regards, PNB Housing Finance Limited Even after two months of applying for the loan, i wasnt updated about the status of my loan and it was updated to me when i didnt receive any calls and i got suspicious.
