my name is Jyoti sahebrao gaikwad i have withdraw amount rs 2500 as on 25/10/2019 from IDFC First Bank Micro ATM through Adhar base (ADHAR AEPS SYSTEM) but transaction was faileb but my amount was debit. so i am going to punjab national bank (Kannad, Aurangabad, Maharashtra-431103)branch but bank officers not regeisterd my complaint so there officer not take a complaint so please sir give me guideline.
