I tried making a payment of inr 1148 at big bazar, rajajinagar, banaglore on september 24th 2018 but the card got declined. I tried it again but it again showed declined status. There was enough money in my card. After i made a payment through cash but just then i received two messages of amount being deducted from my card. Inr 1148 got deducted twice which sums up to inr 2296. I tried calling the toll free number but it said that the number is invalid. It's 5th october now and i have noy received any assistance yet. This has happened few months back as well and i didnt recieve the amount bach yet. Please look into the matter. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

1515 amount have refunded from MakeMyTrip on 4 October. But still this amount haven't transfer in my account.
It transfer no:[protected]
My account no :- [protected]

So please resolve this issue ASAP.
