To, The Manager, Punjab National Bank. Dhaniakhali, Hooghly, W.B., 712302, Branch, Dear sir, I have an account in your branch (Name:- Dhaniakhali), with account number[protected]United Bank of India Formerly). I have a debit card - [protected] for the same account. On 03.04.2021, I visited the PNB ATM below the Dhaniakhali branch. I wanted to withdraw Rs. 20000.00/- (Twenty thousands only) but the money did not get dispensed from the ATM. But transaction slip shows '' Cash Withdrawl Successfull''. This incident happened at 11:37A.M. on 03.04.2021. Sir, hence I request you to arrange credit of the Rs. 20000.00/- (Twenty thousands only) to my account which got debited during this false transaction.
