I had deposited cash thru the cash deposit atm machine as per the following details:-
Venue - atm pnb self service counter, anjali market, sector 27, noida
Date of deposit - saturday, 27 june 2020
Time of deposit - around 1:45 pm
Amount - rs. 41, 000/- (Rupees forty-one thousand only) in 2 denominations
Atm machine id - b1272600
The money was being sent to provide for my friends family and in these dire times money matters even more, every moment because it is going to help us sustain.
However, the money even as i write to you has not been received in the account holders account. The atm machine at that time did not dispense a slip to verify the payment, but only the screen started that the transaction was complete.
When the money was not received into the account we called up the pnb customer care service to lodge a complaint but they refused the same and advised us to send in a written complaint to [protected]@pnb.co.in. We wrote to them on saturday, but there has been no response since. However, since i have been worried i visited the above atm counter again at around 6 pm, to get the contact no. Of any bank official and that too was refused by the guard. So i noted the atm machine id no.
I paid two visits to the bank.in the 4 hour time span, from submitting the written application to the second visit to find out about the progress in the matter, my application had not had a second glance till my second visit. I even insisted that they view the cctv cameras installed inside the atm room to verify my statements.
I am worried that this hard earned money, especially, at a time when there is no confirmation on whether salary will be credited into our wallets or not and if yes how much. And truthfully it is such a huge amount. Nothing comes easy.
I intend visiting the bank everyday till they do not credit the 41000/- into the required account.
There are no pictures to justify anyhting that i am saying.
