Punjab National Bank [PNB] — cash was not disbursed from atm but amount debited from account

While withdrawing cash from sbi atm on 5/3/2019 at paschim puri pocket 3 paschim puri new delhji-63, cash of rs10000/- was not disbursed from atm but amount was debited from my account no [protected] a/c name holder yogeeta khera jajoria. I immediately registered a complained at your customer care vide complained number a[protected], but even after a gap of more than 13 days, amount of rs 10000/- had not been credited in my account. Please get the needful done as already it has been delayed very much
