It is a joint account in the name of Radha Rani and Girish shanker. But instead of two persons it is considering a single person in the name of

Radha Rani and Girish shanker.

I want separate id for both.
It is a simple and straight forward cleric mistake on the front of bank.
I request it to resolve at earliest.
