Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Fraud UPI transaction

Dear sir,

My brother Lovkesh is the customer of the PNB (Delhi Branch Mahipalpur). An amount of Rs 75199 was deducted on 12 January, 2023 through fraud UPI transaction. I lodged a complain regarding the same and till date not getting satisfactory answer. So kindly tell me what to do. I have called several times in thier call centre and even lodge complaint in the cyber cell as well. I haven't receive any OTP for this transaction but money got deducted automatically. The UPI transaction ID : UPI/[protected]
Please help me in returning my money back.
