Punjab National Bank [PNB] — misbehavior/wrong attitude by staff with harassment

I am customer of esteemed banking institution pnb. My a/c is [protected] in pnb, defence colony branch. I have to come on your desk for my complain. It has been seen that the behavior of bank staff is not well since my last few visits. I am working person and get free after 4 pm but bank locked inside and staff is sitting inside and nobody attend. Anyway, i uses internet banking so most of transaction done by this mode. My internet banking disabled and my atm card locked. So i am withot money now.in last visit on 1 nov 2017, i tried to reach at bank premises but bank locked before 3:55 pm. Some customer coming outsidet, i take chance and enter in bank at sharp 4 pm. Fill the form for transaction from pnb a/c to pnb sukanya a/c same branch. But person denied to serve. Tried to print pass book again denied then i went to another table to query for my application that submitted in branch but no replied. Now i am in stand up position then a staff member was passes in nearway and said rudely get out from way. What a rude behavior and senseless. What i can. This is your bank and your staff. Today i found my internet password inactive and atm card blocked. Your's misbehavior and your's harassement for my money. Pnb consumer complain website is not working properly i found problem at last point of submit.

Branch Manager demands PAN card self attested photo copy.i send self attested photocopy of aadhar card and PAN card by post dated 20 Nov 2017 and Also personally deposit self attested PAN card photocopy only as they demands on dated 24 Nov 2017. i can not handle my account online till now.

I m Manoj Kumar from Pnb customer account number is [protected] I was submit 25000/- Amount in 12/11/2016 Pnb customer service point (CSP) but amount is not added in my account plzz help and giving instruction wt I do quick help us .
