Punjab national bank, mahasaya.. I am rajiv kumar.. And my bank account number is [protected]. I used to pay rs 1708 to booked railway ticket from make my trip using my debit card.. But my ticket due to technological malfunction not being completed, make my trip refunded my money back. Whose refund reference number:[protected] has been given. Make my trip say that punjab national bank should address the refund referred ns with your money wanted to take the box-account when available its status contacting the customer care of the punjab national bank, but i have enough information went not provided.. Plz be informed of my refund status. Thanks.

Updated by Rahul Gopal krishna Sir.. I am a permanent account holder of rajiv kumar.., punjab national bank. My account number is: - [protected]. I used to pay rs 1708 from my account through the debit card in order to get the ticket through the make my service to get the railway ticket using my debit card. But the work of my railway ticket was not completed due to technical failure. For this reason, make my service has done the job of depositing the entire amount in the bank account with my debit card. Make my service gave a refund reference number as follows:[protected]. I have to know my refund status so that for how long this money will be transferred to the bank.. Because the make my trip service says that the money has been refunded on them.., the reason for the delay has been told to the bank.. I want to get information about this from customer care but nothing good can be found... Please solve my problem... Please deposit my refund money back into the account soon. Below, i am also giving the image of make my trip, so that they can be clear in front of you.

Updated by Rahul Gopal krishna sir .. I am very sad because of the poor working of the Punjab National Bank .. Despite my refund of money made by my trip, my account has not been transferred yet. Make my trip says that due to the bank's weakness, I have to wait for such a long time. I should also confirm this by contacting the bank's Customer Care, but I could not find any adequate answer. Please do not hurt your customer more and help.
