[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — punjab national bank [pnb] refund from online booking of airline ticket | |
I have to receive a refund of cancelled flight tickets (Cancelled by airlines) which i booked from paytm when queried from paytm they told that they have refunded the amount and gave me arn number and asked me to contact my banks customer care and giving them arn to track my refund. But when i called, the customer care executive didn't knew about arn and simply asked me to contact paytm. Now paytm is saying to contact bank and bank is saying to contact paytm. If these messages do not disclose the particulars of the processor of your money with

- address, country
- registered number,
you are entitled to claim F.I.R. filing in the local police office of your town on fraud comitted against you.
The Bank,
The Credit Card processor,
air carrier
are liable for refund or for compensation in such tipe of disputes.
