[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund has not been credited | |
My name is Yogesh and I had ordered a product of RS. 2999(uspolo jacket) in Amazon on 30 November (order id[protected] & I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 4 December 2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 75105170340003511702656 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Punjab national bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

I was trying to add 10000 amount to my pay wallet from my United Bank of India bank account . But money hot debited but it's not added to the paytm and it's shows a failed transaction but still not I hvnt got the amount wch is been debited
