Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund Initiated by Amazon but not received | |
Sir/Ma'am, My name is Kanishq Mishra and I am an Account Holder in Punjab National Bank, Mohaddipur Branch, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. (formerly I had my account in Oriental Bank of Commerce which was later transferred in PNB) On 23 November, 2020, I did a transaction at Amazon.in worth Rs. 12, 599 (the product Samsung Galaxy M21 was of 13, 999 but I applied for exchange of old phone therefore I had to pay 12, 599.) through my Oriental Bank of Commerce Rupay Debit card – ending with 9787. The order had to be later cancelled due to some reasons and the amount should have been refunded. The refund was initiated on – 26 November, 2020 and the amount were to be displayed in my Bank account maximum by 1 December, 2020. After the date passed and the amount still not shown in my Bank account, I contacted The Amazon Services, in which upon enquiry it was revealed that the amount has been sent from the side of amazon but is not being displayed in my Bank account. As an RRN number was generated which can only be generated by Bank upon the receival of that amount. RRN (Refund Reference Number) – 30005403320328153274127 I have visited the bank many a time, called customer care services many many times, still no help from anywhere. I urgently need the money.
