[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund not received from Flipkart as they processed the refund from their side | |||
I have cancelled a order on flipkart on 22nd Dec 2020 of Rs 14999. Flipkart processed a refund and said that it will be credited in my PNB account by 30 Dec 2020. On 2nd Jan 2021 i raised the issue of not getting refund on flipkart app. The flipkart provided me refund number-17203010357050177562701 and said to contact my branch. i contacted my branch they said that nothing can be done from their side and asked me to contact flipkart. On contacting with flipkart they said to contact the branch with the same reference number. My refund is still not credited in my account. Please resolve my issue. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have cancelled a order on flipkart on 11 jan 2021 of Rs 1164. Flipkart processed a refund and said that it will be credited in my PNB account by 13 jan 2021. On 15 Jan 2021 i raised the issue of not getting refund on flipkart app. The flipkart provided me refund number[protected] and said to contact my branch. i contacted my branch they said that nothing can be done from their side and asked me to contact flipkart. On contacting with flipkart they said to contact the branch with the same reference number. My refund is still not credited in my account. Please resolve my issue.
