[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund of online mobile purchase | |||
I purchase one plus 6t mobile phone of ₹37999 online from amazon india on 24 jan 2019 and paid full amount through debit card but order was cancelled on 25 jan 2019 due to one reasons and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank and contact customer service and they told file charge dispute they had given me a refund reference no.# 75503729027026547424350 & order no.#[protected]. But the bank customer service and bank branch is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check account balance and transactions. Please help me.
