This is in regards to rude behaviour of the branch manager of nirankari colony pnb. My mother in law who is above the age of 50 years has been ill-treated. She wants to open an account and accordingly on friday i, e. 11/10/2019 she went to branch for the same. Her form has been taken but not processed till now and things are keep on lingering.. No query has been raised to her related to form. There was no entertainment at all. First she was told to come on tuesday coz as per the employee monday it won't happen.. So she went on tuesday for the processed and to collect the passbook but she was on leave and none other person entertained her. So she went again today i, e on wednesday at 2:30 but she was told by the same.. Employee that she is on break till 2:45 because of lunch hour and come by 4 pm (Which i am suppose is not a customer dealing hour and again she would have been refused). Irrespective of her age my mother is law is forced to chase again and again. I went down with her at 3 and went directly to the branch manager but his response with even more rude and he didn't realise the situation and argued in the response.. When we ask atleast give us a reason that why our account has not been opened yet.. He said you can complaint if you want to and threatened us that we can complicate things even more.. If you want to open the account you need to act accordingly.. But still i haven't got thr reason why is it not opened yet. And when we had a talk with the employee she said it's still time to 4pm. I have a lot of work and talk to the branch manger only. What kind of cusotmer service is
This?? And again we were asked to come tomorrow by the branch manager. I want to know how much time will it take to open an account.. Without query. No query has been raises to us. And what is the lunch time. And how can a elder person is suppose to deal with this rudeness. Why there is no certain time confirmed to the customer? Why the staff is so rude to even talk forget about understanding the situation. I hope to get a immediate action against both the employees.
