Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Subject I'm complaining about pnb service.

I am writing on behalf of My Grandmother Smt. Rampati she visited to your bank Branch - Jalalpur (PUNB0220300) to withdraw money from her savings account, Bank officials told her to update KYC then she will be able to withdraw her money, she gets agree with that but later the officials said we cannot do KYC you have to close this account.
She said okay then transfer the amount to my another bank account which is another bank (Bank of Baroda) then bank officials told her the amount can only be transferred to PNB's bank account. She is a senior citizen and also a patient of multiple diseases. She cannot go to the bank with ease like us.
It's my humble request to you to either close her savings account with your bank's Jalalpur IFSC Code PUNB0220300, Saran Branch and transfer the amount to her another bank account (Other Than PNB) or update her KYC in her bank account so she can avail the services of your bank hassle-free.
