Punjab National Bank [PNB] — To unfreeze my pnb account and enable online transactions

Address: Pukhuria, Bankura, West Bengal, 722160

When I try to use mobile banking or internet banking for online transaction, it says "You have 1InformationMessageTransaction with reference id ********41 failed during processing, due to Account Blocked/Frozen". Due to this, I couldn't use my PNB account for my daily transactions.
I am away from my home branch address and I couldn't visit my home branch in the next few months. But I need to use it urgently as my father is depositing money through this PNB account only.
Kindly help me through this online, so that I can use my PNB account for online transactions urgently.
I have active debit card, internet banking-enabled account, and PNB One app but I couldn't use it for any type of transactions.
