Punjab National Bank [PNB] — wrong father's name

I opened a savings account in pnb kundli branch with account number [protected] and submitted my aadhaar card as proof and my father's name was correctly mentioned in it, i also wrote it correctly in the application form but they have mentioned wrong father's name in my passbook and cheque book due to which i am unable to withdraw my pf amount.
