10000 debited from my bank account to pspcl.[protected]@hdfcbank UPI but not credited to Merchant. I did transactions to upi address pspcl.[protected]@hdfcbank 10000 INR around 7.40 am IST 22nd OCT 2020 UPI transaction[protected] google transaction CICAgKDNo4KXNg debited from my bank account and not credited to third paty marchant. Also not refunded back to my bank account either. Tried emailing [protected]@billdesk.com but no response for my emails. please help to resolve. attaching my google pay screen print.

Rs 1960 deducted from account while making bill payment from upi but bill still not paid... PSPCL Account No Z24AF240410F on the name of Ram Rakha... Kindly resolve the issue urgently...screenshot of transaction attached herewith
