I had also gone through the same experience at Coimbatore Selvapuram Provident Green Park project. Typically they cheated me and finally made me to pay penalty of late payment for which I am no way reponsible. Since it was already PRE-APPROVED loan from Axis Bank, they didn't release the funds against the request raised by Provident reasoning the levels were not completed. Bank will release funds ONLY if the levels of construction is completed. This is the trick played by Provident (Purvankara Ltd.) raising PAYMENT REQUEST LETTER without Level completion. Please RETHINK not TWICE but HUNDRED times to book with this builder. Also, Till today innumerable issues faced in this apartment and I feel this is not the right place to live in. ASSOCIATION issue is the MAJOR issue. Harrassment is happening. No water, No parking place, Rent for car parking 1500 for open slot!!! and many more.
So PLEASE DONT BUY FROM PURVANKARA PROJECTS OR BE VIGILANT TO SEE THEIR DOCUMENTS CLEARLY AND GET IT (WHICH IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE IN MY EXPERIENCE).
