We booked flat last year on sep 27.
Registration done on 29th February
Collected keys in October.
Very disappointed with purvankara sunworth project.
No one correctly responding her
Almost one year now.Now they are saying payment is pending..even we paid extra.
We given all details to crm team.so many calls, mails, meet nothing working
V already fixed date for 4th November hone ceremony.But now they are not giving us association clearance letter.
Plz as soon as possible kindly immediately take action

    Sir,

    I have been doing consistent follow up with your team (Suganya) for the last 1 year regarding my maintenance balance settlement to association. The amount Rs 31, 000/- something approx.

    I have been given lot of false commitment by your team that the payment will happen in couple of days at every time I contacted them.

    Despite of several follow up's, I couldn't get any response from CRM team. I expect you to settle the amount with association in 2-3 days timeline to avoid any escalation to your senior management.

    Note: The association is putting penalty for delay payments. I would expect Purvankara will bear the penalty for delays

    Post discussing with CRM chennai team (Suganya), I sent the above email on 15th Nov and remainder again after a week. Also spoken with your call center contacts but no use ( I have been told all the time that you will get call back but no one called after that)

    I look for a immediate settlement and favorable response.

      My name is mithun shetty and have blocked the flat in Puravankara palm beach project during the 2nd lockdown period.the representative at that time informed that we need to pay 1 lac to block the flat and if during the visit we didn’t like the project then the overall amount would be refunded.so we paid 1 lac and blocked the flat.on 29th August 2021 we visited the place and didn’t liked the location and told to cancel the booking and...

      I had taken a commercial space in Purva Summit Hyderabad project and completed my payments and registration was done in aug 2019.

      But till now Purvankara have not given me my Original sale deed and have been giving some excuse or the other.

        My eoi (expression of interest) of 2lakhs for my application of 2 sites in purvankara's Purva Tivoli hills is not being given to me . My RM, Mr Chamarthi Sricharan Gupta is not only ignoring my calls but also cutting my calls when he had actually promised to refund my 2lakhs within 15 to 20 days. t has been more than 40 days now and no one responds

          I have purchased an apartment in Purva Windermere and am disgusted with their service. Quality of construction is very bad i.e. water seepage and leakage is a major concern in most of the apartments and the site management doesn't respond to any complaint. Even though I have made full payment and taken possession of the apartment, I am yet to get documents namely, Property tax receipts, NOC for EB name transfer etc. Moreover, they charges exorbitant delayed payment charges for no fault of mine (Quality of workmanship was unacceptable and many rounds of inspection took place and I had to pay for their delays).

          We are penalized TECHNICALLY by Purvankara Ltd. and could see MANY MANY such INNOCENT losers (like us including me @Coimbatore project) as they PLAY very well tricky!! Worst company WITHOUT any ETHICS!

            During a recent repair exercise of the external part of the buildings at Provident Sunworth the internal wall cracked. The company is refusing to accept responsibility fully and is not wont to repair the internal damage. If they do not accept the mistake it only means that the quality of construction is extremely poor because it is only 4.5 years since the house has been handed over.

              I have booked a unit in Purva Zenium. They staff made me pay a 1lakh rupees blocking amount before sharing the legal documents delated to the project for verification. They promised a full refund within 15 days if I chose to cancel. However, after I cancelled, they said it will take 21 days to get refund then they said 45 days and now saying 60 days. They staff were unprofessional to lie to me just for making a sale. They group doesn't heed to customer complaints and the staff happily got away with it.

                Delay in allowing possession

                We had booked an apartment in provident skyworth in mangalore. The possession was supposed to be given by 2016 but still the building is not fully complete. We have paid half the amount and later stopped paying owing to halt in construction and very slow progress thereafter. Now they have levied interest on the remaining amount instead of compensating us. We sold our house and made the payment and rented a house expecting possession by end...

                I have finalised purva blue mont - N705 interior work and transferred Rs 15, 000 /- for advance. After they have removed all interior uncharge who he was finalised and no body is their at coimbatore to co coordinate for Interior work.
                Die to the above I have asked for refund, But they have refused and not ready to refund my hard earned money.
                Kindly arrange to release my advance money.

                  Purva Bluemont-N705, I have purchased Flat on Jan 2021 and handed over on April 21, Occupied my flat on 20.8.21.

                  All bath tapes are leaking, Not able to fix water heater.
                  All door are not properly locking.
                  Kitchen door was damaged.
                  Their is no response from your coimbatore office.

                    Since over 2 years now we have opened tickets with Cbre, after tenancy commenced in the upstairs flat and they started using the toilets.Toilet water was dripping from the roof of our toilet.For a very long time CBREs response was that this issue was jn.que and with the builder Puravankara.Finally when they did come they acknowledged the issue but only made small patches of cement plaster in a couple of places.We have issues of large bubbles on the walls and huge patches of dark yellow patches with wetness on the adjoining bedroom ceiling and walls.I aamThere is absolutely no turn around after repeated tickets were raised for these issues.

                      I had booked flat in 2017.The flat mentioned in the subject is not completed and CRM ( frequently changing) have been telling that the registration will happen next week. This has been the response since past one month .
                      Now you are telling that there is dispute going on between purvankara and landlord which is delaying our registration .
                      Yesterday when I came to meet the CRM, Mr Murali was VERY KIND enough to offer me universe, except for not giving any commitment on when the flat will be available for registration, When the flat will be ready and most importantly my request to waive off interest which I had requested .I think Purvankara has got world class CRM without R

                      I would urge you to understand our plight as speaking and shooting from mouth as done my Mr Murali made me think I did a big mistake in choosing purvanka properties and will hate to refer to anyone .
                      No one lifts phone, no one calls back, no one is responsible .
                      Every dept works without cohesion as I had paid few lacs for Purva streaks on the promise that the wood work will be done in a month ..I paid somewhere in Feb, and now I hear even the flat is still not ready
                      The circle is rajani to namitha to deepa to Murali to ...the dots never completes

                      Request you to kindly resolve and let us know the time where you complete the flat abd ready for registration

                          I have booked Flat no.1208, in B9 tower of Purvankara Silversands in May-2021. Our registry was decided to be done on 7th June. On 5 the June we got the info regarding flat price increased by 20 lcs. Even after booking legally and by paying booking amount they are doing same. Will lodge complaint at consumer court for this. I have all the documents of booking as well as the recordings of the representatives at which they agreed to sell the flat.

                            Hello,
                            My name is Ms.Smitha Vadiraja and I am the owner of M2005 at Purva Highlands and I am writing because, I have been emailing the CRM department about property refund I am owed and initially, they said that it will take only 25 working days to process the refund and now after repeatedly calling them, I found out that they haven't even processed the refund yet and now they are saying it will take an additional 45 days to process it. Since I live in the US, I don't have the luxury of time and they are not even ready to wire transfer the funds to my bank account in India. Can you please forward this to the concerned department (preferably to higher authorities) and take immediate action. Let me know if you have any questions.

                              I had paid an amount of Rs.100000 has a booking advance by cheque for Freedom by provident Cosmo city, pudupakkam, Chennai.But, when I had told them to cancel the booking and refund the amount, they said me that the advance is not refundable.I have not signed any agreement or allotment letter with them, but they have deposited my cheque on the same given date and not waited for my documents submission and also no proper response from the side.kindly look in to the issue.

                                Please do not have any connections with any projects of the Puravankara Projects.. In fact, if you have any problems they are least bothered.. You can be a millionaire or a pauper.. The treatment is the same.. The attitude is DON'T BOTHER even if the customer is right.. They don't give an answer and expect you to be after them.. For simple things they take a minimum of 6 months.. and don't be surprised that even if you keep the accounts alright, their accounts department don't have details.

                                I had bought a property in the year 2007 and they were expected to give possession in 2010.. I had completed all payment as per their payment plan and they gave possession in 2016.. I had to fight to get compensation and had to submit all the papers for payment (though I had paid all in time).. I did not get compensation until I had met someone who I professionally knew after which I got the compensation in 10 minutes..

                                With lot of difficutly I sold the house.. the difficulty was that when i took possession of the house I noticed that there was a cremation ground right in front of the balcony which Puravankara did not mention (I was in Dubai when I bought the house).. Puravankara did not mention anything about this in their plan NOR was it expressed to me..

                                After I sold the house for a loss of almost Rs 20lacs, the housing owner's society claimed Rs. 20, 000 from my BUYER and said that I am supposed to pay this to them.. I have been trying to get a response from PURAVANKARA since Oct 2020 and there has been no answer.. Best part is that there is nowhere in PURAVANKARA website that you can register a complaint and I have tried various means to contact PURAVANKARA with no success.. Neither they will tell us who is the person responsible for CRM nor will they connect to them.. I am sorry that this has been my experience and I seriously don't recommend PURAVANKARA Projects to anyone unless you want to get into a mess when you have problems
