Puravankara Projects — The Tree by Provident

Hello Team, I have blocked 2 apartments in Puravankara ( The Tree by Provident) in the month of Jan 2020 . However due to financial problem, I asked sales person to immediately cancel on the next day. As per their commitments, refund was supposed to happen in 10 working days, but from past 8 months, have not seen any progress . I have CALL recordings of every sales agent who assured me that the refund will happen and happy to submit it wherever required. I will definitely fight till I get refund.

2. 20-Jan-2020 - Informed to cancel the booking
