Request for Cancelation of Application

1) Provident Freedom - Chennai - Unit No- A18-303 - III BHK - 1062 Sq.ft - A Puravankara Company. I have paid 1 lac towards booking advance.

2) E12 -304 in Windermere in purvankara. I have paid 2 lacs towards booking advance.

I have lost my employment and returned yo India on 4th March. Please refund my advance as soon as possible as I have been facing a lot financial difficulties. Hope you understand my current situation and help me. Though I have been following up with your officials, I have not received my refund. Please consider it as urgent and do the needful. Ms. He ma from CRM is coordinating for refund for Windermere. Mr. Prasanna Raja is Relationship Manager for my Windermere flat booking. Mr. Karthik Raja is Relationship Manager for Provident Freedom flat booking. These both at belongs to you Dubai office.

    I have booked Flat no.1208, in B9 tower of Purvankara Silversands in May-2021. Our registry was decided to be done on 7th June. On 5 the June we got the info regarding flat price increased by 20 lcs. Even after booking legally and by paying booking amount they are doing same. Will lodge complaint at consumer court for this. I have all the documents of booking as well as the recordings of the representatives at which they agreed to sell the flat.

      Hello,
      My name is Ms.Smitha Vadiraja and I am the owner of M2005 at Purva Highlands and I am writing because, I have been emailing the CRM department about property refund I am owed and initially, they said that it will take only 25 working days to process the refund and now after repeatedly calling them, I found out that they haven't even processed the refund yet and now they are saying it will take an additional 45 days to process it. Since I live in the US, I don't have the luxury of time and they are not even ready to wire transfer the funds to my bank account in India. Can you please forward this to the concerned department (preferably to higher authorities) and take immediate action. Let me know if you have any questions.

        I had paid an amount of Rs.100000 has a booking advance by cheque for Freedom by provident Cosmo city, pudupakkam, Chennai.But, when I had told them to cancel the booking and refund the amount, they said me that the advance is not refundable.I have not signed any agreement or allotment letter with them, but they have deposited my cheque on the same given date and not waited for my documents submission and also no proper response from the side.kindly look in to the issue.

          Please do not have any connections with any projects of the Puravankara Projects.. In fact, if you have any problems they are least bothered.. You can be a millionaire or a pauper.. The treatment is the same.. The attitude is DON'T BOTHER even if the customer is right.. They don't give an answer and expect you to be after them.. For simple things they take a minimum of 6 months.. and don't be surprised that even if you keep the accounts alright, their accounts department don't have details.

          I had bought a property in the year 2007 and they were expected to give possession in 2010.. I had completed all payment as per their payment plan and they gave possession in 2016.. I had to fight to get compensation and had to submit all the papers for payment (though I had paid all in time).. I did not get compensation until I had met someone who I professionally knew after which I got the compensation in 10 minutes..

          With lot of difficutly I sold the house.. the difficulty was that when i took possession of the house I noticed that there was a cremation ground right in front of the balcony which Puravankara did not mention (I was in Dubai when I bought the house).. Puravankara did not mention anything about this in their plan NOR was it expressed to me..

          After I sold the house for a loss of almost Rs 20lacs, the housing owner's society claimed Rs. 20, 000 from my BUYER and said that I am supposed to pay this to them.. I have been trying to get a response from PURAVANKARA since Oct 2020 and there has been no answer.. Best part is that there is nowhere in PURAVANKARA website that you can register a complaint and I have tried various means to contact PURAVANKARA with no success.. Neither they will tell us who is the person responsible for CRM nor will they connect to them.. I am sorry that this has been my experience and I seriously don't recommend PURAVANKARA Projects to anyone unless you want to get into a mess when you have problems

            I have booked the flat B2-2B-505 in Park Square (Park one) and already paid 20% of the total flat value. Since 27 Nov 2020 Purvankara is asking for payment for the completion of excavation work. As a allotte I have requested Purvankara to provide the building license for 2B tower or any other approval from BBMP for the commencement of construction. I have requested the CRM team to provide the valid documents for the commencement of work for 2B tower; till now, copies are not furnished. I have also asked for providing the allotment letter as per the agreement section 3.2 a, however a valid allotment letter is not given to me till now. After frequently asking CRM team to give me the allotment letter in the name of Provident without an authorized signature. I have asked CRM team that, in RERA website allotment letter uploaded for the park square project is in the name of Purvankara. We have also requested to provide the Architect report (Form V) for the progress claim of 2B tower, however not shared the valid Architect report (Form V) till now. CRM team continuously sending reminders for the payment of excavation. I am ready to pay the payment, if Purvankara is ready to produce the building licensee for 2B tower. Without a building licensee, no builder can start the work. Hence I can not pay for the excavation work. I have attached the non-valid allotment letter (without any authorized signature and date) and architect reports. I am submitting the complaint a second time; the first time, there was no response to my request. If there is no response to my second request, I will register a complaint in RERA

              I am a frustrated owner of the Purva Palm beach apartment. Before possession of the flat at the time of inspection, there we a couple of issues in the flat which was promised that it will be fixed. It has been 4 months since possession and the issue is not fixed. Even after following 1000 times and calling multiple people from the CRM team, they are not responding to anything. It is like after paying the full amount they are saying just go to hell with your flat and the issues.

                  I bought a Flat in Purva Bulemont, it’s a ready to move-in flat and found damages shown in photos. The joined inspection was done on 10/11/2020 and i was told these damages (snag work) will be fixed in 2 weeks. Its been more than 3 months, no sign of fixing the snag and no response from Puravankara team.

                  Employees in Coimbatore doesn’t have any responsibility, authority & accountability. My queries have been routed to Bangalore, I thought of interacting with Bangalore team but ended up talking to customer care and my queries routed back to Coimbatore team again.

                  There is no way to escalate our concern, after 6 weeks of continuous follow-up I was connected to GM subsequently my concern escalated to management. Now its been more than 12 weeks, no action yet. All I heard from GM is Pending Approval, Issue with fund release, Technical team clearance.

                  Even a GM of Puravankara can’t follow-up through internal team to complete the snag work. All I heard is action pending
                  First 4 weeks – No action, No response, just follow-up
                  Second 4 weeks – Pending Fund approval, just to spend ~40K out of 60+ lakhs that I paid.
                  Third 4 weeks - Pending action with Technical team  Its just a snag work, not sure why is it taking so long to clarify their questions.
                  Now entering to Fourth 4 weeks  awaiting for different excuse

                  Puravankara management is incapable of satisfying their customer and can’t keep up their commitment. No action even after continuous follow-up. Puravankara Technical team is absolutely horrible…

                    I bought a Flat in Purva Bulemont P803, it’s a ready to move-in flat, in the agreement it clearly specified that my 3 BHK will comes with Covered parking. i confirmed this before registration that committed to provided covered parking in that community. After registration they changed the stand and advising me to take underground parking in Purva Amaiti. The underground parking to my home is about a kilometer, which is no way acceptable. I need my parking lot in P-Block at the earliest.

                      This is for apartment J7-102 owned by Lalith Kumar in Provident Welworth City situated in Marsandra on Yelahankar Doddaballapura Rd.

                      The Builder Provident Welworth City (Purvankara projects) have contruactlly agreed to provide me a parking slot when i purchased the flat. However, it has been 3 years but there is no actual parking slot provided by the builder.

                      They have given me a arbitrary parking slot number 1880. I have searched and searched this in the vicinity of the community but there is no such parking lot. I enquired in the maintenance office and they informed that there is no such number marked.

                      I asked Purvankara representatives to show me the parking slot but they have been dodging my request with trying to be ignorant on my acutal question and only reiterating that (imaginary) parking slot 1880 is assigned to me.

                      The builder is very much aware of the unavailability of parking slot issues and is fooling around with customers with false information.
                      Offlate purvankara customer support has started informing that Suman is on leave or if I ask for her they put me on a long wait and i have to hang up the phone in frustration.

                      With the kind of behaviour of customer support staff, purvankara not allocating the physical parking slot and just providing imaginary parking slot numbers is quiet disturbing. I have recently lost my job and this additional issue from the builder is adding to my stress levels.

                      Appreciate if the consumer court can help me address the issue and help me get my physical parking lot

                        CRM team is continuously asking me to pay the payment for the excavation for 2B tower.
                        I went to the site and understood that there is no much progress and also requested Puravankara to produce the valid commencement certificate from BDA, allotment letter, stage wise time schedule for the construction and form V. However none of the valid document is produced to me till now, team is continuously sending the reminder for the payment with interest and it is not acceptable. I have not done any delay in the payment
                        If Puravankara produce the valid documents, ready to pay the payment. It is essential for Purvankara to give the valid documents, asked by the buyer

                              Purvankara has been the best for me and my family! Their support has been marvelous I'm getting us our dream home! I was properly informed and educated in brief about the society also the handover and delivery was super smooth and quick.

                                I had booked 3 bhk house in puravankara highland project kanakapura road during lock down period, the unit was not shown to me but promised to show on relaxation of lock down. the management could not arrange visit even till August 2020 because of the internal problem with Owners association, vexed by false promises i have cancelled my booking. After that no of emails, letter and phone calls were made for refund. Till now the refund has not been made by the management.

                                    We had booked an apartment in Provident Skyworth in Mangalore in 2013 and they initially promised it to be complete in 2017 and kept delaying it every year. We have paid 100% of the cost of the apartment. The last confirmation was that apartment will be ready by end of 2019 and when they could not deliver again, we requested for a refund as per RERA and the team started ignoring us.

                                        I had blocked the apartment in Purva Zenium and had paid INR 50K as part of the blocking amount on Mar 2, 2020. However, we cancelled our request and asked for the refund on Mar 9, 2020 (within 7 days of blocking the unit). We were told that this will be refunded soon, and the CRM team is working. I have been following up on these over emails and WhatsApp chats. They Infact came to be to adjust this blocking to a May Offer and informed me to confirm on email so that once I send cancellation request on 31st May, they will be able to process the full refund in 15 days’ time. Since then I have been continuously following up with Purvankara over emails, calls and WhatsApp chats and every time I was confirmed that refund is under processing and will be issued soon.

                                        To my surprise, Purvankara comes to me in Sep 2020 and informs that the amount is forfeited!! It’s been 6 months that we've been told refund is under process and should be done in a couple of days/week time. I have spoken to Arvind (previous GM, Purvankara) and Sujit (Sales, Purvankara) on this and I have always been assured that refund is under process. It's very sad and no acceptable to see that we get a different picture post 6 months of regular email follow ups of over 25 times.

                                        Purvanakara Ltd should refund the same immediately!!
