I am writing this after three complaints and after several assurances by HUL. Utterly frustrated with your response and service. Someone higher up needs to take a look.
I have a mervella ro installed, I am facing low fileration problem and for the last two weeks I am constantly rising complaints and following up for the same. I raised a complaint on 14th May, then on 23rd may and again on 25th May.
I got several calls from your helpdesk, asking if the problem is resolved and they are raising it as priority issue, problem would be solved in next 48 hours. But still its the same, no technician has yet visited.
I am seriously fed up with this, If this your standard of service? The only option I am left with is to either switch to some other purifier or approach some consumer grievance forum. I cant pursue it ant further with HUL. Was this information helpful? |
