[Resolved]  Pure IT Water Purifiers — Pure IT worst product and worst service

Im sonia from chennai, i have raised an complaint to pureit customer care as

Complaint Ni :[protected]

>> Water is not filling in pureit for past 3 weeks

>> water rejecton is not at all working and when i complained the pure it service engineer srinivasan([protected]) he changed part inside for 42s rs three weeks back and still facing an same issue

>> There is no proper response from rahmath pureit mangaer ( [protected] )

>>I have 2 and half yr old baby at home he is getting affected of water change i have explained everything to them but still no proper response from abdul and rahmath .

>>Very irresponsible customercare people

>> Still my product is in warranty but helpess
