I have made a complaint for the leakage on 17.06.2016 eveninh and the executive said that the technician will visit max upto 18.05.2016 evening and will call you before coming for a visit. I requested executive to send the technician in the morninh itself as it will create problem for us to drink water, so on my request he given a remark for the early visit. On 18.06.2016 around 17:30 p.m., I again called up customer care to complaint that no one has come up yet ans have not received any call yet then the executive said that we have putted your complaint in follow up and as we provide our service till 8 p.m. so the technician will surely come today itself and wait till 8 p.m.
NO TECHNICIAN HAS COME UP ON 18.06.2016 AND EVEN HAS NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL FROM ANYONE. EVEN AFTER REQUESTING THE EXECUTIVE TO SEND THE TECHNICIAN EARLY ON 18.06.2016, THE IRONY IS NO TECHNICIAN HAS COME UP ON 18.06.2016. THIS WAS MY FIRST REQUEST FOR SERVICE FROM WHICH I AM NOT SATISFIED AT ALL. Was this information helpful? |
