[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — circuit and adaptor issue | |||
Hi, I have bought hul pureit few years back and recently i have moved to new place in mumbai. I have asked HUL technician to fix this RO to my new place. So, raised request for the same. Then technician came and fix the RO on wall but he didnt do it appropriately and after 2- 3 weeks, adaptor and circuit board got heated and damaged due to water leakage from inside as technician didnt do it correct. Now it stopped working and raised request assuming that it was gkk replacement issue but it turned out to damage done by technician. Want company to pay for it as it not my responsibility.
