We bought a pureit ultima 10 liters ro + uv electric water purifier on[protected] We spent around 2500 for filters replacement in last one year. Now there was a deference in the water taste and we raised a complaint ad your executive is saying needs to change the pump which costs 2500. What is the problem with the quality?
