Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — complaint and escalation of the issue not getting proper service

SirMadam,

I am very sorry to inform you that I have one Ro plus UV water purifier which I have purchased before 2 years.

As per company instructions I have changed all the GKK in times.

But before 15 days I have faced some issues with that water purifier it was not purifying/not working. which I have instructed by customer care to be rectify only by technician for which I have to pay 500 rupees. And which I have done accordingly.

Again now the purifier is not working. And when I have complaint regarding this to customer care and I have been instructed that I have to pay the charges again for the service.

But as per my concern is it fare that what your technician has been rectified that only last for 15 or 20 days or you have given so poor quality of product or service which will not last very long. Or it is only a process of income generation by looting general people.

I am not satisfied with your service and product.

Please look in to this matter on priority basis and anticipate your quick responses on this regards.

Extremely Poor Customer Service. Compliant Pending since 5th April, 2020. Reminders given but stands unresolved. Outsourced Service is the main cause of problem. Levers Reputation is at stake which is destroyed by Service Provider. Service Manager at Levers us also sleeping. Email sent to him remained unattended. Never buy this equipment. Extremely poor Service to Consumer. Water being essential for life, service must be given. Eureka Forbes and Kent service is available. Will anybody wake up. Regards
