[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — complaint number co[protected] | |||
I have pureit marvella ro+uv. I started facing issue as it was not filtering water and led indicating "tank full" was green and stable while the tank was empty. The technician visited and did some settings on 12th july 2018. He told that the issue will not occur again. Now after around 20 days similar issue occurring again and this time the technician says to replace the pcb which will cost rs. 3600. Technicians and service by pureit are really bad..
