[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — Delivered Damaged water filter | |||
We reported a complaint against a damaged product we received. The main water holder is broken on one corner. We called the next morning and got no fruitful response. We have a very serious kidney patient at home and at night we were told about the lack of filter with the company. We have been buying bottled water for the last 3 days and the entire process has been shocking and highly dissatisfying. Please look into this matter ASAP as we refuse to use a damaged new product.
