Complaint no c[protected] I bought pureit marvello ro + uv in april 2016 at rs.18000/-. It has an advanced alert system which will notify filter change 15 days before completion On 24th oct 2017, i ordered for gkk1 as alerted by pureit system, For rs. 2140/- Technician from pureit visited on 25th oct 2017 and installed gkk1. Within 2 months, i found that filter stopped working. When i complained to pureit helpline they said that there is problem with circuit board and it needs to be replaced which costs around rs. 3250/-. Even before completion of 1.5 year, if circuit board needs to be replaced what is the value and quality provided by pureit? Purifier is not working properly . I tried to inform to the company . Through toll free number but it is not exist always so company has to send a service person immediately. if you are not clear my complaint i will go the consumer court because i already have this problem when i bought it as new but it is not rectified properly by your company .
