This is shear stealing. My usage is vert very less, probably I use 4 glasses in a day, due to my work and travel. Even after that the nonsense machine blinks up the lights to change filters in every 6 months. Even if there is no usage or less usage it forces customer to spend money and change filters frequently.

These guys are taking advantage of the fact that once a customer buys it, he'll be forced to maintain it.

My advise, don't buy it and save yourself

Dear Sir,

We have purchase purit battery July 2016 but after 15 days battery going red and water not filtered, also complain to customer care but didn't solve my problem .

So please take necessary action and change my battery as earliest .
