Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — foreign matter wooden stick

Hi;
I purchased a kissan tomato sauce (Batch no. 090517gb467c1). Yesterday during my breakfast i served to my family and during my turn i found a long stick from inside this. This is very critical and can cause serious injury to my family if not seen. You can not imagine the actual length of the stick. It is approximately 80-100 mm in size)
I don't know what is your wooden policy & what are your controls.

I am also working in food industry an taking care the quality & food & safety department.

I am sending pics to you & retained that sample, please take it very seriously and take action against it.
