[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — frequent change of filters without updating in system

We have changed the gk1 a f gk2 filters but in system logs it is not being updated only sf is updated.. Even if we r not using the pureit change of filter light s blinking every 5 months once.. We feel like distributors are not good they r changing the costly filters getting money from us and updating in system as sf changed which is low in cost than gk1 and gk2
