[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — horrible quality of the product - circuit board failure | |||
I bought the Pureit Marvello RO+UV on Oct-2015 after paying a hefty premium over other brands due to advertised quality assurance and Hindustan Unilever brand. the best feature of the product is it advance warning system for filter change, due to which i have already changed the complete filter system by company representative for 3750/- couple of times. The last time the filter was changed was on march-2017. Now to my surprise only after few months all the replace light indicators went red asking to replace filters. I raised the complaint with the company on 16-sep-2017 complaint no. C[protected]. The company service personal raised the issue with faulty circuit board of the system and demanded 3200 + service fee for the replacement. I am shocked with the poor quality of parts used in the product, looks like just to keep using the product it will cost me[protected] every year. This is just ridiculous. Even the customer care people also negligent towards their customer..They are not responding to us even after 1 week..
i bought the top most variant of pureIt(costs around 23000), I am just thinking this even after buying this top most variant, i am in this situation..cant think of their product quality for the lower variants..
Please don't buy this product, i just don't want any other people to get suffer like me..
