Hello, I am writing this in reference to the service that you guys are providing to me from the last 2 months. Well, i am using your ro+uv product from the last 5 yrs and never faced any problem that i am facing from the last 2-3 months. Well, first of all the purifier was filtering the water slow, so i called the technician and he said that need to change the motor and it will be done. So i did that. Ever since he changed the motor, my ro+uv is showing a red mark. I called the technician and asked him that why it is doing so, so he told me that it is just a static and need to turn off and turn on and it will be fine. Now since then i am using my ro+uv like this. Every time turn it off and turn it on. Now today the ro+uv stopped functioning at all so i raised a complaint regarding the same and the same technician visited me. Now after he checked it, he now saying that i have checked it from a local technician and that the adapter wire is cut and need to be changed. Now my question to you is that: A) if you check my records, every time i have an issue with this ro+uv i always call the support desk number and you assign the tech from the same agency which is guru kripa. Now how the hell i called local technician is beyond my understanding as every time the same technician fixes the issue. B) now after 2 months he is telling me the adapter is damaged where in he is the one who fixed the issue with the motor. C) ever since this issue is fixed on the ro+uv the filter level has not changed at all and it showing the same. Now, today when he checked and he told me a price of rs 7000+ to change the adapter. Well my question to you is that, is this the new way to fetch money out of a consumer pocket every time when you damage the purifier yourself and ask the consumer to pay for it. Well, this is my last email and complaint to you because after today i wont be using any product coming from hindustan unilever and neither i would be entertaining any services from your third graded guru kripa and the technician sandeep. You guys really a cheater and a fraudster. I wont even recommend anyone to use your products Was this information helpful? | |||
