Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — Inefficient filters - PURE IT ECO

I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the Hindustan Pure It 10 Ltrs Ultima ECO RO+UV water purifier that I purchased on [25/01/2023]. Despite my initial excitement about the product, I regret to inform you that I have encountered numerous issues with the unit within just five months of its purchase.
The primary concern is related to the inefficiency of the filters. When I initially bought the Ultima ECO RO+UV water purifier, I expected it to deliver high-quality purified water consistently. However, I have noticed a significant decline in water quality over the past few months.
The water output has a strange taste and odor, which clearly indicates that the filters are not functioning as they should. This issue is a matter of great concern, especially considering that the health and well-being of my family depend on clean and safe drinking water.
I kindly request that you take immediate action to resolve these issues. This may include repairing or replacing the unit with a fully functioning one and ensuring that the replacement unit does not suffer from similar problems. I believe that as a customer, I have the right to expect a high level of product quality and customer satisfaction, and I hope you will address my concerns promptly.
