Brought 2 of them. Got them installed on 29th December 2021. Almost Everyday I am in touch with your customer care, Mr. Vikram from kandivali branch calls me, Mr. Dhiren from Pureit calls me. But there's no solution. Issue is as follows:
1st machine was tampered during installation where the design came off from the Tap. Immediately escalated this issue, I was said that I will get a new Pannel which I haven't got in 14days.
2nd machine has slow leakage continously for which I made videos and clicked pictures everytime. Other than the installation time, 2 more times the technician couldn't solve it. Mr. Babloo was the technician who reports Mr. Rahul. Mr. Rahul now wants to send another technician which will be the 4th Visit..I have been saying to simply give me a replacement since we are not here everytime to unnecessarily empty water everytime to check and recheck. This can be done at your pureit workshop or any place of repair from your end. How many times this has caused Inconvenience to me. Please provide me appellate authority service for croma. I shall make sure that review reaches out to the public and now I know why customers return their products by creating huge ruckus in the store when customer is taken for granted.
