[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — no response/ solution from customer care | |||
Past one week pure displayed alarm for gkk2 on the water purifier. Customer care was contacted nexr day and details of the vendor dhruvi enterprise, gaziabad was shared who informed gkk2 out of stock and will be replaced in a day or two. Reminder call was made after 2 days and still out of stock. On the sixth day call was made to ccare and same details shared but still not in stock and vendor advised for retrofit arrangement using gkk1 spares which was not accepatable as that was not original. On 7th day call was made again and ccare promised to call back in 2 hours with some solution / alternate vendor but nobody called. I demand for serious action taken for the inconvenience caused due to no drinking water available due to nonoperation of pureit and compensation for buying drinking water bottles inspite of paying hefty amount during purchase of the pureit.
