[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — no technician visit despite repeated call to customer care | |||
Complaint number co[protected] booked on[protected] for technical visit for pureit marvelo ro. Issue no power input to unit. Customer care representative promise me to resolve the issue in 48 hours. But till day 72 hours[protected] no technician visited my premises. Despite my repeated call they are good at repeating the promises without any ground work. Was this information helpful? | |||
Apr 19, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I received a call from higher official working in Hindustan Pureit. I explained the situation very clearly as it is. After three day there was a follow up call and they assured the issue will be resolved in 2 days. And yes its resolved today (19-April-2019) 13:00. But the first thing a consumer has to do is to give a call to customer care and get the issue registered and store the complaint number, which is very useful. Thanks to Indian Consumer Complaint forum and Hindustan Pureit. PureIT / Hindustan Unilever customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 20, 2019 PureIT / Hindustan Unilever Customer Care's response Consumer was facing some issue in the device so we arrange the technician. and got changed the adapter.So out call the consumer was stating that device is working fine now there is no issue. Kindly request to close the case. | |||
