[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — not provide services on time | |||
Hi, I have complain on monday 3sep and still not getting any reply from their team. As when call local guys that install it asked for money while product in only 3 month old. That guys give me time but does not call me back when he came when i call he say tomorrow sure i will come. I have raised complaint with co for bad quality of diapers.company has took the product back and still not providing refund.almost a month has passed contioussly following up with company.my baby got marks on body and then toilet is coming out from diaper.top of that customer care people are having such poor attitude.
